AMA PRA Category 1 CME

The Foundation for Care Management (FCM) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. FCM takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of its CME activities.

Nursing

The Foundation for Care Management is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Approval period: July 1, 2006 —June 30, 2009. Provider # FCM-0303.

Pharmacy

The Foundation for Care Management is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

Dental

The Foundation for Care Management (FCM) is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry . The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry. The current term of approval extends from June 1, 2005 – May 31, 2008 .
